Here in Idaho, we have more than 2000 lakes with names and thousands of lakes without names.  In fact, if you draw a 20 mile radius around McCall, Idaho there are over 200 high mountain lakes just waiting to be fished! With a short fishing season, let’s get started fishing these high mountain Idaho lakes the right way!

Join us on Saturday, April 30, 2016 at 2pm for our seminar “Fly Fishing High Mountain Lakes” with Shawn Miller.

Shawn Miller has lived in McCall since 1973 and has fished these high mountain lakes for over 40 years. He is owner of Weller-Miller Financial Services in McCall. He holds a Masters Degree in Aquatic Biology, specializing in Hydropsyche Occidentalis aka Spotted Sedge aka Caddis!

Shawn will cover four main areas:

  1. Kinds of Lakes.
  2. Seasons
