Dining is in a handsome lodge decorated with western memorabilia, including an old polished bar of mahogany, complete with stained glass. Here the Three Rivers "gang" gathers to sip drinks from heavy crystal glasses. Meals are served on fine china and good wines are poured freely. Three Rivers offers a flexible evening dining schedule under the direction of an accomplished chef of many years experience. Meals are served family style and are delicious. Parties also have the option of dining well after dark, which should come as welcome news to sportsmen who would fish evening rises uninterrupted or would like to float against the backdrop of an Idaho sunset.
Breakfast will be hearty flap jacks and syrup, sausage,
eggs as you like them, bacon, ham, delectable jams and jellies. Dinner
features the finest gourmet delights. Lunches are served
on shore. Desserts would tempt a saint, and all breads,
rolls and pastries are home made. Among the highlights every
week is a barbecue at which guests, guides, staff and family
mingle overlooking Robinson Creek.
