Round trip transportation from either Idaho Falls, Idaho or Jackson Hole, Wyoming; accommodations based on double occupancy; three meals per day; knowledgeable guide for two fisherman, with full fishing services including – transportation to and from the ranch on a daily basis; complimentary dinner cocktails and wine.

Payment and Departure

The remaining 50% balance of your trip is due upon departure. We ask that guests be prepared to pay their balance by cash or check, however if you prefer to pay with a credit card a 3% convenience fee will be added. You remaining package balance and fly shop purchases are subject to an Idaho state sales tax (approximately 6% - subject to change) and an Idaho state convention tax, collected in full at the time of your departure.

Not included in your package:

All scheduled commercial air transportation; fishing license (approximately $36); alcoholic beverages beyond dinner cocktails; gratuities; 6% Idaho sales tax on all tackle purchases and package costs; nominal Idaho convention tax; telephone calls, or other items of personal nature.

Suggested Gratuities

Assuming you are happy with the service and effort your guide has provided you, which we are confident you will be, it is customary to tip a guide as you would any other service provider. We suggest, as a guideline, a gratuity of $60-$100 per rod per day. However we understand that Three Rivers Ranch guides may exceed your expectations and you may prefer to offer more.

For the other hospitality employees, should they perform their jobs efficiently and professionally, we suggest 5-8% of your package rate, which can be added to your final payment. These gratuities are pooled and then distributed between staff members.

Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation letter to finalize your reservation prior to your arrival.

Other Activities

Non fishing companions will be comfortable at Three Rivers Ranch, and the Ranch offers a number of activities for them at a nominal cost.

We can arrange for a member of our staff to take non anglers on a sight-seeing tour to various scenic destinations not far from the ranch. This may include;

  1. Harriman State Park for hiking, mountain biking, or horseback riding

  2. Yellowstone National Park

  3. Upper and Lower Mesa Falls, Cave Falls or Warm River Springs

  4. Jackson Hole, Wyoming

  5. Teton National Park

We also offer a new educational program lead by Head Guide, Doug Gibson and Senior Guide, Cliff Weisse called: An Invitation to Nature for Beginning Birders and Others. This program will allow you to visit the National Wildlife Refuge at Red Rock Lakes, Montana where 232 different species of birds have been recorded; Harriman State Park, Idaho with over 60 species of birds, over 50 mammals and 62 species of flowering plants. The program will also allow you to visit Yellowstone National Park and Targhee National Forest.
